Of natural condition of mankind

This article is from Chapter XIII of the book Leviathan written by Thomas Hobbes. This is a very confusing article because it is talking about how individuals have power over one another. Many powers that individuals have, they abuse them greatly. Like one that is discussed in this article is popularity, many people abuse this power so they are bringing society down. If we could all stop abusing powers that are given to us or we have earned, then society would not be crumbling down.
